Patch series (24) regenerated from public sources:
- https://github.com/libguestfs/libguestfs (branch rhel-10.2)
- https://github.com/libguestfs/libguestfs-common (submodule)

Apply patches with %autosetup -S git (BuildRequires: git): a patch adds
binary test data that /usr/bin/patch cannot apply.

Retains AlmaLinux ppc64le build enablement (.alma.1).
