Access and modify virtual machine disk images

Richard W.M. Jones 374f82f47f Drop explicit deps on perl(Sys::Virt) and perl(Win::Hivex). ... Sys::Virt will be dropped in RHEL. The question was why we have this dependency, since the tools don't actually use Sys::Virt at all.
