c25576b612 Disable tests on arm, enable tests on aarch64 power64 x86_64. 
The tests now time out on arm.  The 3 other arch bugs are claimed to
be fixed, so let's try enabling the tests on those.

de5fecb092 Drop libguestfs-live-service subpackage. 
- Remove setting _hardened_build since it is now the default in Fedora.
- Some tidying up of the description section.
- Require Augeas 1.7.0.

728013e44f Revert "ARM glibc is seriously broken in Rawhide at the moment." 
Fixed upstream in glibc >= 2.23.90-24.fc25.
