b8ac2c8b68 Don't depend on libvirt-daemon-kvm monolith. 
libguestfs usually needs qemu.  However it only requires an emulator
for the same architecture, not for all architectures.
libvirt-daemon-kvm pulls in qemu which pulls in emulators for all
architectures, as well as a bunch of other stuff we don't need at all
like network interface support and nwfilter.

There are no Fedora TCG-only arches, so drop the conditional section.

0fc7c3e4db Harden move_to script. 
If the package name is not found in the packages file (perhaps because
the package was resolved to a different name through Obsoletes etc)
then the move_to script could create two dependencies.  Detect this
and hard-fail.

c25576b612 Disable tests on arm, enable tests on aarch64 power64 x86_64. 
The tests now time out on arm.  The 3 other arch bugs are claimed to
be fixed, so let's try enabling the tests on those.

de5fecb092 Drop libguestfs-live-service subpackage. 
- Remove setting _hardened_build since it is now the default in Fedora.
- Some tidying up of the description section.
