Jeff Moyer c5fd023a9a libaio: rebase to 0.3.112 to pick up async_poll support 
This also allows us to drop a couple of patches which were
incorporated upstream.  Finaly, the upstream location was changed to
reflect the new home for libaio on codeberg.

Resolves: RHEL-192174
