334fb95c5c Use the upstream patch that uses a self-signed cert in tests, add a fix for ECP signature check 
Related: #1705700 - lasso FTBFS because an expired certificate is
                    used in the tests
Resolves: #1634266 - ECP signature check fails with
                     LASSO_DS_ERROR_SIGNATURE_NOT_FOUND when assertion
                     signed instead of response
