5327b9cf8c Update the dependency chain for default-fonts-<lang> and default-fonts-core-sans 
default-fonts-<lang> requires the real font package directly and
default-fonts-core-sans pulls in default-fonts-<lang>.

2b9a3c9b3e Add fclang parameter 
BuildRequires dependencies seems not available when building srpm.
Due to this, we can't get a proper lang code fontconfig understand.
So use fclang instead of it but still keep it remained to validate
for local build.
