kernel/x86-Restrict-MSR-access-when-module-loading-is-restr.patch
Josh Boyer 6a91557e4c Patch file cleanup
Do a couple things here:

- Split the mega-patches into individual patches. Should help with rebasing.
- Make all patches 'git am' acceptable.

There should be no functional or actual code differences from before

Subject: [PATCH] x86: Restrict MSR access when module loading is restricted
Writing to MSRs should not be allowed if module loading is restricted,
since it could lead to execution of arbitrary code in kernel mode. Based
on a patch by Kees Cook.
