Remove all the kernel-rt dist-git content from the c9s branch and
add the following note to the README file:
Where is the kernel-rt dist-git content?
Starting from rhel-9.3.0, kernel-rt will be built directly from the stock
kernel sources, as a variant. Please refer to the kernel dist-git content.
