5c580f791e Patches to address issues with reading options from config files

8a39940de5 Rebase to upstream 0.9 
Include patch from Fedora which fixes an issue with FileCheck where

b8ba84d006 rpminspect: specname match on suffix 
This allows allow for differing spec/package naming since the
spec is freeipa-healthcheck and the package is ipa-healthcheck.
