Though Provides and Obsoletes tags usually are used in tandem, in this
instance (where a package is being superceded from modular to
non-modular content) the use of Provides causes the modular filtering to
not see the new package version.
Omitting the tag allows the various inkscape1 packages to be installable
without explicitly disabling the inkscape module.
