Fix the filelists
...
Remove superfluous %doc attributes. %doc is implicit here, because
%_mandir is in %__docdir_path. Replace the .gz with * to be possible
customise, or disable the compression of manual pages any time. Add
two unowned directories into the filelists also.

Move client libs into the own subpackage
...
GVfs has a lot of low-level dependencies. We want to split gvfs
package on client and daemon part due to app sandboxing, because
we want to have only the client part of GVfs in the runtime and
we don't want unnecessary dependencies there.

Move gvfsd-fuse-tmpfiles.conf into fuse subpackage
...
gvfsd-fuse-tmpfiles.conf is wrongly in main package, it should be in
fuse subpackage instead. Also use %{_tmpfilesdir} instead hardcoding
the library path.
