bd32c3dc89 Update to 3.24.31 
Use meson build system. Remove librest and json-glib BuildRequires, as
they were used by the removed cloudprint support. Carry a local revert
of an upstream change, so that the Wayland immodules can be built-in, as
with the Autotools build system.

2e4ac48494 Drop sysprof conditionals as we don't have sysprof-capture-3 in Fedora 
We have sysprof-capture-4, which is however not supported by gtk3.

3f8ca43d56 Revert "Enable sysprof events" 
Revert this change as it doesn't build on F33+: gtk3 only supports
sysprof-3, but we only have sysprof-4 in F33.

cd42a7ea0e Enable sysprof events 
Sysprof was present as a build requirement but the actual configure flag
to activate it wasn't being passed.
