4b9c62bd11 specfile: fix the build process for ix86 family 
The FLAGS must be edited before calling %configure so they are
  properly set in the Makefile.

984d6a8253 specfile: build process updated 
* using %autosetup now (added 'BuildRequires: git')
  * no longer switching to base/ dir for building purposes
  * using %configure macro instead of manually invoking ./configure
