(main): CHDIR into ROOTSUBDIR. CHOWN ROOTSUBDIR and CHDIR into

* gdb.base/fileio.exp: Change the startup and finish cleanup.
|
|
Change the test file reference to be into the `fileio.dir' directory.
|
