Update FMF metadata

The testing plan used items obsoleted by FMF/TMT so let's update them.
Checked with:
  * tmt lint
  * tmt -c distro=rhel-9.6 -c arch=x86_64 run -arv \
      provision -h minute -i 1MT-RHEL-9.6.0-20241202.2 \
      plans -n /plans/ci

Solves RHEL-69756.
