RHEL Packaging Agent 7c36d32dc0 Fix CVE-2026-64612: Handle libpng errors via longjmp()/setjmp() 
Backport upstream libcupsfilters commit e8888af to
cups-filters 1.28.7 to fix CVE-2026-64612. The patch adds
proper libpng error handling via setjmp()/longjmp() to
prevent process abort on malformed PNG files. It registers
custom error/warning callbacks, adds NULL checks after
struct creation, and sets up a setjmp() error recovery
point with proper cleanup. The patch was adapted from the
split libcupsfilters repository to match the monolithic
cups-filters naming conventions and code style.
