RHEL Packaging Agent 16ab7c5f43 Fix CVE-2026-64612: Handle libpng errors via longjmp()/setjmp() 
Backport upstream fix for CVE-2026-64612 to cups-filters
1.20.0. The patch adds custom libpng error/warning handlers
using longjmp()/setjmp() so that malformed PNG files cause a
graceful error return instead of aborting the process. Includes
NULL checks for png_create_read_struct and
png_create_info_struct, volatile pointers for setjmp safety,
and proper cleanup on error. The upstream fix was manually
adapted from the split libcupsfilters repository to match the
RHEL 8 monolithic cups-filters codebase conventions.
