29b1706544 revert fix for CVE-2015-1197 as it causes shutdown issues 
revert suggested as a workaround by upstream:

revert patch touches Makefile.am so run autoreconf as well

921d7aca19 tests: minimize the tests.yml file 
The fact that we have to _explicitly_ connect tests/<package>
repository with rpms/<package> repository is painful so at least
let's make the tests.yml file as small as possible so we can avoid
touching it frequently in future (or entirely if possible).

81767808aa testsuite: big-endian fix for CVE-2014-9112 case 
The testsed archive was crated on x86_64 machine and it produces
expected warning on big-endian arches.

5f6efa04bf testsuite: fix the CVE-2014-9112 test case 
The fix for CVE was done so that different architectures or memory
limits give different cpio output;  but all possible error ouputs
are OK and expected.  Firstly, the testsuite fail was observed on
ppc64 architecture, thanks dhorak for quick ping.

660522ae5a cpio: revert previous commit 
I have done a little bit of observation and that change is not as easy as it
could look.

Firstly - asking for %{_sbindir}/rmt is not OK because we have older systems
like RHEL6- which has only /sbin/rmt and not /usr/sbin/rmt.  Secondly, I
looked at some older debian system, and it does not have the /sbin/rmt (but
has only /usr/sbin/rmt).

Looking at star source code, star based utilities always try to look for
/etc/rmt (which, btw seems to exist on all platforms).

~> For that ^^ reasons, I'm switching back to /etc/rmt
