Add a new patch to fix some module errors and improve AlmaLinux support

  • Fix cc_ntp module
  • Add support for cc_yum_add_repo module
  • Add support for cc_ca_certs module
  • Improve the AlmaLinux support in Cloud-init configuration
  • Improve the AlmaLinux support in Cloud-init systemd services
  • Add support to Rbx Cloud Datasource
