2d208c7289 Remove incorrect patch 
The patch made this device's HID/HCI dongle not be switched to
Bluetooth, requiring pairing afterwards. The same can now be achieved by
not installing the bluez-hid2hci subpackage.

We shouldn't be forcing it on all bluez installations: libbluetooth is
deprecated and apps should migrate to the DBus API.

Also include the COPYING file in both bluez and bluez-libs.
