Andrew Lukoshko d90cf95f16 Confine %install wallpaper cleanup to the buildroot
rm -rf %{_datadir}/wallpapers/Alma-$bg* ran against the build host's
/usr/share rather than the buildroot. Harmless under mock, but a root
build outside mock deleted installed AlmaLinux wallpapers.
