Rebuild the module
------------------

(1) You must add a commit (empty if necessary) if there has not been
    any successful build since the last commit.  Note that commits are
    gated so you will need to add ‘related:’, ‘resolves:’ etc.

(2) rhpkg module-build [--watch]
