5c7bb47460 fix: match new %dir %{templatedir}/80-rhel ownership line in %files 
RHEL 10.3-2 (RHEL-163726) added explicit directory ownership
'%dir %{templatedir}/80-rhel' to the %files section, which broke the
ReplaceAction (No changes made). Add the line to find/replace so the
AlmaLinux subpackage %files block is appended again.
