Due to auto-syncing the kernel version was pulled to far ahead to 5.10.0 which is still in development. Downgrade to 5.9.0 which is officially released. Currently this disables kernel-tools as there are known issues with LTO and bpftool. This will be corrected later. Signed-off-by: Don Zickus <dzickus@redhat.com>
