This dependency is used at build time to create symlinks to the
system-logo-white.png specified at configure time. fedora-logos
provides this for Fedora, but in CentOS Stream it is centos-logos,
and in RHEL redhat-logos. The system-logos virtual provide covers
all of these.
It's Fedora specific and even though we've shipped the subpackage with
the same name in RHEL 9 it actually contained a different theme "glow"
under the same name.
