Subject: [PATCH 44/55] scancpu: Remove non-JSON ("txt") lscpu output support
This was only used on RHEL 7.
- Remove txt test files
- Remove empty_field test - IIRC it's not possible to have and empty
field in JSON lscpu output, there would be null
