Adam Williamson 909469bd47 Update Arabic needles for translated layout indicators etc. ... So it turns out the translated layout indicators in Arabic are intentional: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/5257 so we can just add needles for them and we're good.
