This is causing softfails and sometimes failures in various tests
especially Cockpit AD enrolment.

This PR partly solves the issue #301 when it adds the navigation
testing for Gnome. It uses the keyboard combinations to cycle through
running applications and checks that applications could be switched
accordingly. It also tests that you can switch between workspaces
and that you can move an applications to another workspace.
apps_menu_firefox and firefox/launcher are matching on the same
thing. Also, launcher-kde actually happens to match current
GNOME, so rename it to be generic. Give the launcher needles
the apps_menu_firefox tags and wipe the apps_menu_firefox
needle.

The Help needles are slightly different in respin lives for some
reason (I don't care enough to figure out what), and the addon
install button in Firefox changed a bit.

This actually hasn't matched for years, we've been falling back
to ctrl-t the entire time. Happened to notice it today while
debugging https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2184549

A lot of these are because anaconda is more KDE-themed on the
KDE live ISO now. The rest are just miscellaneous appearance
changes to KDE apps in recent Rawhide.

Now we sometimes have to scroll the page down to add the addon,
the Remove button isn't always fully visible behind the popup.

We've been told the bookmark toolbar no longer being shown on app
start is by design, so we can't call this a workaround needle
any more really. There's a preference we could use to turn it
back on so we can wait for the bookmark toolbar to show up to
be sure firefox is fully started, but in fact tests seem to be
passing OK with just this needle these days, so we may not need
to.

Firefox 97 is now stable on all releases, so we can forget about
handling browser_download_save and just assume download will
happen automatically.

Not sure what changed in the addon needles. For the webui needle
I think it's affected by the new scrollbar behaviour.

GNOME 42 and adwaita-icon-theme 42 changed a lot of things in
GNOME and anaconda, we need to update all these needles.

Remove a whole chunk of needles that haven't matched for more
than 3 months. Also move a few needles to appropriate locations,
simplify some code chunks that relied on removed needles (if
we're not matching the needles, we don't need those chunks any
more), and drop some other no-longer-needed conditionals for
older releases.

Recent git os-autoinst no longer downsamples screenshots as far
as it did before comparison. This makes a lot of needles where
colors have changed slightly no longer match, so they all needed
updating.

Latest Firefox has moved the underline down slightly for some
dumb reason. This tweaks the match area to only the text, so it
matches wherever the underline is.

KDE switched to using Noto fonts by default (and title bars seem
to be blue again), many needles need to be updated.

This dialog gets cut off sometimes, it seems. That's a bug, but
we just want to handle it, because we want to quit cleanly.

We've been getting failures lately on the first page load, I
think because Firefox is getting even more grindy on startup. So
turn the 'sleep' into a 'wait_still_screen', extend another wait,
and tweak the 'browser' needle so it only matches after the
bookmark bar has loaded rather than as soon as half the chrome
appears. Also make all the wait_still_screens use similarity 45
for consistency (flashing cursor could be there on any of them).

Remove a bunch of needles that have not been used for some time,
plus a few workarounds that are similarly stale.
