Adam Williamson	de939c17df	Update and rationalize KDE "next" needles ... kgpg had its own, which doesn't make any sense. There are grey and blue background variants that weren't consistently named. This should rationalize things sensibly, and adds a new needle for the new Plasma in Rawhide, with a lighter blue background.
