sysmon: click, don't use shortcuts, to switch views

It looks like
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-system-monitor/-/issues/262
won't be fixed for a while - the fixes are tied up with the GTK
4 port - so let's just work around it for now by clicking instead
of using keyboard shortcuts.
