In several places we run 'gnome-terminal' explicitly, but as of
today's compose, the default terminal app on GNOME in Rawhide is
ptyxis, not gnome-terminal.
Running 'terminal' should launch whichever is correct, so let's
consistently do that.
Also, add an apps_run_terminal needle for ptyxis.

This comes from trying to fix the annoying recurring problem with
mistypes in KDE which has been going on since at least December.
First, we add the attempt to kind of 'precache' the kicker menu
in aasetting.pm. Then, I thought, all this snapshot loading has
to be putting a lot of load on the workers. And when each subtest
passes, it shouldn't really be necessary - they all end with
quit_with_shortcut(), which verifies that the app exited and we
got back to a blank desktop, so successful subtests should not
usually interfere with each other. We probably only want to
rollback on *failed* subtests, which is in fact openQA's default
behavior. There only seems to be one case where a test changes the
system state such that later tests might be affected, so I kept
always_rollback just for that one. I've run this through three
cycles on GNOME and KDE and it looks good.

these were duplicates. In GNOME 46-beta this dialog seems to be
in 'light mode' at least some of the time, so we'll keep the
'light mode' gnome_allow needle we added for Snapshot but
rename it and change its tags. We'll wipe the 'dark mode'
gnome_allow because it should be just the same as the existing
grant_access needle. The two tests that used gnome_allow are
changed to use grant_access.

This test had special flags because it used to be run first and
did the prep steps for the other tests. Now the aaa_setup test
does that job, so there's no reason for this test to have these
flags any more, and somehow they seem to be breaking the test on
Rawhide. Let's give it the same flag as all the other normal
tests.

A new app called snapshot (Camera, on the menus) has replaced
cheese in F40 (but not F39). Adjust to that. We can simplify
this when F39 is out.

Several tests still had the old 'apps_run_access' name which we
changed some time ago, so these safety checks weren't working.

Clocks' aaa_setup did not ever actually check the app launched
properly. It also doesn't handle granting permissions if
necessary, which the apps_startstop test for Clocks does do.
This makes the permission check in the apps_startstop test more
efficient, and adds it to the Clocks app aaa_setup test too.

The 'software' test module in GNOME apps_startstop does a subset
of what the desktop_update_graphical test does already, but
using its own needles. Let's just have it use the same needles.

Workstation replaced gedit with gnome-text-editor. This updates
the needles and also changes the name used for 'tagging' the
application for the core_applications test.

This fails sometimes just because we're too early, or something.
Also with GNOME Shell 41rc, alt-f1 no longer works to open and
close the overview. super *does* seem to work in KDE these days,
so let's switch from alt-f1 to super everywhere.

Remove a whole chunk of needles that haven't matched for more
than 3 months. Also move a few needles to appropriate locations,
simplify some code chunks that relied on removed needles (if
we're not matching the needles, we don't need those chunks any
more), and drop some other no-longer-needed conditionals for
older releases.

RHBZ #1692972 was fixed long ago, so we don't need to worry
about that any more. But this test failed on the recent F31 live
respin compose because it was changed to assume the tutorial
would appear on startup, which only happens on F32+. To make the
test work on F31 respins, let's handle both paths. Once F32 is
stable we can drop this as we won't run the test on F31 any more
after that.

We still have a 'apps_run_firefox_stop' needle tag which is for
the same thing as 'firefox_close_tabs'. That's dumb. Get rid of
it and only have the firefox_close_tabs tag and needles. Also
clean up some old firefox_close_tabs needles that haven't matched
for months and all the 'apps_run_firefox_stop' needles.

This PR adds the following:
* moves out the presetting procedures, so that two long terminal tests do not have
to run twice
* add methods for application to register when successfully started
* adds a test that checks if all required applications have registered
In the last few weeks Boxes is showing an auth dialog on start.
I've filed a bug on this; let's have the test handle it as a
soft failure, since this isn't a fatal problem. Do this by
making an existing needle for this dialog a bit more generic
in name and using it.

The KDE and GNOME 'apps' tests for Firefox both invented their
own 'oh look Firefox is running' needle, even though we already
had one. The GNOME one was broken by the removal of the app
title bar in Firefox 66.
Instead of having three needles for the same thing, let's just
throw the 'apps' ones out and use the pre-existing one from
needles/firefox for all cases.

As of Fedora-30-20190316.n.1, gnome-abrt is back under the
Utilities menu and the 'Sundry' menu seems to have disappeared.
Change the test back to using utilities and drop the sundry
