Revert "disable_firefox_studies: use SUSE style and add SUSE values" 

This reverts commit a3f4a6f2e6. It
seemed to cause *more* annoying bars in Firefox than before, for
some reason, I don't know why. Reverting till I can do more
testing on lab.
