ostree_build: fire our seds at *.yaml

These filenames changed again:
https://pagure.io/workstation-ostree-config/pull-request/523
and I'm sick of dealing with it. Let's just fire away at *.yaml,
it should be safe. If we ever need to check a file we can add
a targeted upload_log temporarily.
