Bump xfce live rootfs size
...
The mysterious hangs we've been seeing in Rawhide composes are
actually due to running out of space in the image root.

Rename *packages.ks to *common.ks as it's not just packages that should be shared in here but also common pre/post scriptlets that should be run on all images. Using common rather than packages better reflects what should go here.

It was added to save space, but since then it's considerably dropped in
size and just 50 KB now.
