resize2fs is not failing on x86_64 anymore, so re-add some packages and add some more. However, adding one more package would causre resize2fs to fail again

Drop gimp
...
Drop gimp, as discussed on the list, by droping the entire graphics
group. Also streamline the exclusions a bit, and add the droid fonts.
