LZMA compression utilities

Adam Williamson 1be9f88345 Add a comment about rebuilding perl-Compress-Raw-Lzma ... every time xz gets a version bump, FreeIPA dependencies break, because perl-Compress-Raw-Lzma has a strict version dep on xz.
