From 9867079dec786e1a18df322553904816b7558ba4 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Adam Jackson Date: Tue, 20 Feb 2007 17:27:43 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] * Mon Feb 05 2007 Adam Jackson 1.2.0-6 - xorg-x11-server-Red-Hat-extramodes.patch: - Add 1360x768 normal and reduced-blanking. - Add reduced-blanking versions of 1680x1050 and 1920x{1200,1080}. - Remove the >60Hz versions of 2560x1600. Even leaving the 60Hz timing is kind of ridiculous, since every real LCD that size I've seen uses the reduced blanking timings. But presumably if you have that nice of a monitor, you also have a video card with working DDC. --- xorg-x11-server-Red-Hat-extramodes.patch | 32 ++++++++++++++---------- xorg-x11-server.spec | 11 +++++++- 2 files changed, 29 insertions(+), 14 deletions(-) diff --git a/xorg-x11-server-Red-Hat-extramodes.patch b/xorg-x11-server-Red-Hat-extramodes.patch index e828d6f..b65bf88 100644 --- a/xorg-x11-server-Red-Hat-extramodes.patch +++ b/xorg-x11-server-Red-Hat-extramodes.patch @@ -1,6 +1,6 @@ ---- xorg-server-1.1.1/hw/xfree86/common/extramodes.Red-Hat-extramodes 2006-07-05 14:31:40.000000000 -0400 -+++ xorg-server-1.1.1/hw/xfree86/common/extramodes 2006-07-28 15:06:01.000000000 -0400 -@@ -3,21 +3,147 @@ +--- xorg-server-1.2.0/hw/xfree86/common/extramodes.Red-Hat-extramodes 2007-01-22 22:13:15.000000000 -0500 ++++ xorg-server-1.2.0/hw/xfree86/common/extramodes 2007-02-05 18:26:19.000000000 -0500 +@@ -3,21 +3,162 @@ // // $XFree86: xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/etc/extramodes,v 1.5 2002/06/05 19:43:05 dawes Exp $ // @@ -82,6 +82,12 @@ + +# 1280x768 @ 85.00 Hz (GTF) hsync: 68.60 kHz; pclk: 118.53 MHz +Modeline "1280x768" 118.53 1280 1368 1504 1728 768 769 772 807 -HSync +Vsync ++ ++# 1360x768 59.96 Hz (CVT) hsync: 47.37 kHz; pclk: 72.00 MHz ++Modeline "1360x768" 72.00 1360 1408 1440 1520 768 771 781 790 +hsync -vsync ++ ++# 1360x768 59.80 Hz (CVT) hsync: 47.72 kHz; pclk: 84.75 MHz ++Modeline "1360x768" 84.75 1360 1432 1568 1776 768 771 781 798 -hsync +vsync + # 1400x1050 @ 60Hz (VESA GTF) hsync: 65.5kHz ModeLine "1400x1050" 122.0 1400 1488 1640 1880 1050 1052 1064 1082 +hsync +vsync @@ -109,6 +115,9 @@ +# 1600x1024 for SGI 1600 SW +ModeLine "1600x1024" 103.125 1600 1600 1656 1664 1024 1024 1029 1030 +Hsync +Vsync + ++# 1680x1050 59.88 Hz (CVT 1.76MA-R) hsync: 64.67 kHz; pclk: 119.00 MHz ++Modeline "1680x1050" 119.00 1680 1728 1760 1840 1050 1053 1059 1080 +hsync -vsync ++ +# 1680x1050 59.95 Hz (CVT 1.76MA) hsync: 65.29 kHz; pclk: 146.25 MHz +Modeline "1680x1050" 146.25 1680 1784 1960 2240 1050 1053 1059 1089 -hsync +vsync + @@ -121,6 +130,9 @@ +# 1680x1050 84.94 Hz (CVT 1.76MA) hsync: 93.86 kHz; pclk: 214.75 MHz +Modeline "1680x1050" 214.75 1680 1808 1984 2288 1050 1053 1059 1105 -hsync +vsync + ++# 1920x1080 59.93 Hz (CVT 2.07M9-R) hsync: 66.59 kHz; pclk: 138.50 MHz ++Modeline "1920x1080" 138.50 1920 1968 2000 2080 1080 1083 1088 1111 +hsync -vsync ++ +# 1920x1080 59.96 Hz (CVT 2.07M9) hsync: 67.16 kHz; pclk: 173.00 MHz +Modeline "1920x1080" 173.00 1920 2048 2248 2576 1080 1083 1088 1120 -hsync +vsync + @@ -133,6 +145,9 @@ +# 1920x1080 84.88 Hz (CVT 2.07M9) hsync: 96.51 kHz; pclk: 253.25 MHz +Modeline "1920x1080" 253.25 1920 2064 2272 2624 1080 1083 1088 1137 -hsync +vsync + ++# 1920x1200 59.95 Hz (CVT 2.30MA-R) hsync: 74.04 kHz; pclk: 154.00 MHz ++Modeline "1920x1200" 154.00 1920 1968 2000 2080 1200 1203 1209 1235 +hsync -vsync ++ +# 1920x1200 @ 60.00 Hz (GTF) hsync: 74.52 kHz; pclk: 193.16 MHz +Modeline "1920x1200" 193.16 1920 2048 2256 2592 1200 1201 1204 1242 -HSync +Vsync + @@ -150,18 +165,9 @@ # 1920x1440 @ 85Hz (VESA GTF) hsync: 128.5kHz Modeline "1920x1440" 341.35 1920 2072 2288 2656 1440 1441 1444 1512 -hsync +vsync -@@ -31,3 +157,14 @@ +@@ -31,3 +172,5 @@ # 2048x1536 @ 85Hz (VESA GTF) hsync: 137.0kHz Modeline "2048x1536" 388.04 2048 2216 2440 2832 1536 1537 1540 1612 -hsync +vsync +# 2560x1600 @ 60.00 Hz (GTF) hsync: 99.36 kHz; pclk: 348.16 MHz +Modeline "2560x1600" 348.16 2560 2752 3032 3504 1600 1601 1604 1656 -HSync +Vsync -+ -+# 2560x1600 @ 70.00 Hz (GTF) hsync: 116.55 kHz; pclk: 410.26 MHz -+Modeline "2560x1600" 410.26 2560 2760 3040 3520 1600 1601 1604 1665 -HSync +Vsync -+ -+# 2560x1600 @ 75.00 Hz (GTF) hsync: 125.25 kHz; pclk: 442.88 MHz -+Modeline "2560x1600" 442.88 2560 2768 3048 3536 1600 1601 1604 1670 -HSync +Vsync -+ -+# 2560x1600 @ 85.00 Hz (GTF) hsync: 142.80 kHz; pclk: 507.23 MHz -+Modeline "2560x1600" 507.23 2560 2768 3056 3552 1600 1601 1604 1680 -HSync +Vsync diff --git a/xorg-x11-server.spec b/xorg-x11-server.spec index 52b25c5..0f3fc5f 100644 --- a/xorg-x11-server.spec +++ b/xorg-x11-server.spec @@ -9,7 +9,7 @@ Summary: X.Org X11 X server Name: xorg-x11-server Version: 1.2.0 -Release: 5%{?dist} +Release: 6%{?dist} URL: http://www.x.org License: MIT/X11 Group: User Interface/X @@ -558,6 +558,15 @@ rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT %changelog +* Mon Feb 05 2007 Adam Jackson 1.2.0-6 +- xorg-x11-server-Red-Hat-extramodes.patch: + - Add 1360x768 normal and reduced-blanking. + - Add reduced-blanking versions of 1680x1050 and 1920x{1200,1080}. + - Remove the >60Hz versions of 2560x1600.
