Felix Maurer ce75dafe75 Ignore bpf objects in rpminspect annocheck 
The rpminspect annocheck doesn't work on BPF object files. We therefore
disable it for these files. The rpminspect.yaml file in the repo overrides
parts of the Red Hat config.
