Make the Supplements specific to Fedora

... to retain consistency with xdg-desktop-portal-gtk.

It's not clear why the Supplements in xdg-desktop-portal-gtk is
specific to Fedora.  Meanwhile, at least, it doesn't hurt to keep
things consistent.
