Resolves: BZ#1353099
Drop unsupported Windows releases from virtio-win
During the official fix for 1353099, the smbus become empty. So it needs
to be removed.

Fedora drivers. If any changes are made to the spec file content, please
submit a patch to the git repo listed in the .spec file.
