Virtual Machine Manager

The tool used to manage the virt-manager package as an exploded source git repository is supposed to copy over changes to the spec file, but a misconfiguration issue caused some changes to be missed from the last patch series. Add them manually here. (virt-manager recently changed their upstream spec file from virt-manager.spec.in to virt-manager.spec.)
