+Problem:    Mac: Scrollbar size isn't set.  Context menu has disabled useless
+	    Help entry.  Call to MoreMasterPointers() is ignored.
+Solution:   Call SetControlViewSize() in gui_mch_set_scrollbar_thumb().  Use
+	    kCMHelpItemRemoveHelp for ContextualMenuSelect().  Remove call to
+	    MoreMasterPointers(). (Nicolas Weber)
