Patch 7.1.005
Problem:    "cit" used on <foo></foo> deletes <foo>.  Should not delete
	    anything and start insertion, like "ci'" does on "". (Michal
	    Bozon)
Solution:   Handle an empty object specifically.  Made it work consistent for
	    various text objects.
