Make sure make check gets empty CFLAGS so the architecture specific ones don't clash. And remove the annotate_trace_memory tests on ARM. There is a __sync_add_and_fetch in the testcase. DRD is doing this trace printing inside the loop which causes the reservation (LDREX) to fail so it can never make progress.

%description
Valgrind is a tool to help you find memory-management problems in your
programs. When a program is run under Valgrind's supervision, all
reads and writes of memory are checked, and calls to
malloc/new/free/delete are intercepted. As a result, Valgrind can
detect a lot of problems that are otherwise very hard to
find/diagnose.
