This update rebases unixODBC from version 2.3.9 to 2.3.12. A new patch (unixODBC-c89.patch) has been added to fix incompatible pointer-to-integer types in the PostgreSQL driver, ensuring compatibility with GCC 14. The existing so-version-bump.patch has been updated to work with the new version. Additionally, the multilib_fix_c_header path has been corrected to point to the actual header file location in the unixODBC subdirectory.
