Subject: [PATCH 1/2] udisksdaemonutil: Refactor
udisks_daemon_util_trigger_uevent() out of UDisksLinuxBlockObject
This decouples uevent triggering from UDisksLinuxBlockObject as sometimes
we don't have a block object yet or it's outdated.
