Make the nautilus extension conditional
... and disable it from being built, as suggested by rishi. The nautilus extension provides tagging functionality and is not related to search at all -- and none of the core apps use tagging at the moment. Since we don't need it, disable the package to make tracker package easier to bootstrap (circular tracker-nautilus-tracker dep).
