7ea5b261d9 Don't overwrite CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS 
The -debuginfo mozconfig was stomping on our CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS.
Stop passing them in via the configure flag and just pass them
via their environment variables.

74277159ea Enable Mozilla's crashreporter on x86-64, too. 
Need to use the gdwarf-2 format instead of -gstabs+
