79e360fca3 Refactor the langpack symlink creation stuff at startup 
We try to create a symlink for the short locale first if we can,
and then try the longer locale.  The code to do this is extremely
similar, so create a bash function to do the work for each.

97845edb57 - Update nopangoxft.patch 
- Fix rendering of MathML thanks to Behdad Esfahbod.
- Update start page text to reflect the MathML fixes.
- Enable pango by default on all locales
- Build using -rpath
- Re-enable GCC visibility

20f8dae473 - Disable pango by default in non-indic locales per upstream request. Users 
can export MOZ_ENABLE_PANGO=1 to force pango support.
